2. Scheduling and Payment

• Clients may schedule inspections based on availability.
• Payment can be made upfront or through the Flexfund option, allowing payment at closing.
• Military discounts are available upon request.

3. Pre-Inspection Agreement
   Before the inspection date, clients must review and sign a pre-inspection agreement detailing the scope of services, limitations, and responsibilities.
4. Limitation of Liability
   B4 Home Inspection is not liable for any damages resulting from undetected issues or defects in the property beyond the scope of the inspection.
5. Intellectual Property
